Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of paithaniwala.in and any Paithaniwala mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated by Paithaniwala ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to transact on the Platform. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Products and handloom variation

Every Paithani saree listed is handwoven. Minor variations in zari tone, pallu placement, and border weave between the photograph and the piece you receive are a natural mark of handloom construction, not a defect. Where a variation is a defect rather than a natural characteristic, our Refund & Return Policy applies.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery today; online payment methods will be enabled as they go live. We reserve the right to cancel an order placed at an incorrectly listed price due to a technical error, with a full refund where payment was already made.

4. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm the order. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or delivery address issues.

5. Intellectual property

Product photography, AI-generated try-on imagery, the Paithaniwala name, and site content belong to Paithaniwala or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paithaniwala's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Maharashtra.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
