Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Paithaniwala collects, why, and the choices you have — in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order and payment status history, and — only if you choose to use it — the photo you upload for the AI try-on feature.

Your try-on photo, specifically

We ask for your explicit consent before you upload a photo for try-on, at the point of upload — not buried in this policy. That photo is used only to generate your preview. It is not used to train any model, sold, or shared with anyone other than the AI try-on vendor processing that specific request (see "Who we share data with"). You can delete a try-on photo at any time from your account, and it is deleted from active storage immediately when you do.

Why we process your data

To create and manage your account, fulfil and deliver orders, process payments and refunds, respond to support requests, and — only with separate marketing consent — send you offers.

Who we share data with

• Our payment gateway, to process payments and refunds.
• Our shipping/logistics partner, to deliver your order.
• Our AI try-on provider, only for the photo and product you submit for that specific preview.

We do not sell personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are retained as required by tax law. Try-on photos are retained only until you delete them or your account is closed, whichever is earlier.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional processing (like try-on or marketing), by writing to privacy@paithaniwala.in. We will acknowledge and act on verified requests within the timelines required by law.
