Where we deliver
We currently ship pan-India, including most serviceable pincodes for our courier partners. Serviceability for remote pincodes is confirmed at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Delivery timelines
Most orders arrive within 5 business days of dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer — you'll see an estimate at checkout and a tracking link once your order ships.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders of ₹15,000 and above. Below that, a flat ₹149 shipping fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it from your account's order history.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or a piece is missing, contact support@paithaniwala.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
