Return window

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

Condition for return

The saree must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Sarees showing signs of wear, alteration, or a removed tag cannot be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Sarees with a custom-stitched blouse piece made to your measurements cannot be returned once stitching has begun, as the alteration is specific to you.

How to start a return

Go to your account's order history, open the order, and choose "Request return", or write to support@paithaniwala.in with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned saree, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as a bank transfer or store credit, your choice.

Return shipping

Return pickup is free for defective or incorrect items. For a change-of-mind return, a flat return shipping fee of ₹99 is deducted from your refund.
